目的分析某部新兵唾液K+、Na+、Ca2+浓度的特点。方法收集某部67名新兵的唾液样品,应用XD-685分析仪,依据离子选择性电极的测量原理测量样品中的K+、Na+、Ca2+浓度。结果唾液K+浓度为(15.01±1.21)mmol/L,最小浓度为13.10 mmol/L,最大浓度为20.30 mmol/L;唾液Na+浓度为(4.25±0.84)mmol/L,最小浓度为1.10 mmol/L,最大浓度为5.05 mmol/L;唾液Ca2+浓度为(0.65±0.07)mmol/L,最小浓度为0.39 mmol/L,最大浓度为0.76 mmol/L。结论某部新兵唾液K+、Na+、Ca2+浓度与地方健康人群测定值相当,可为建立我军健康人群唾液K+、Na+、Ca2+浓度标准提供参考。
Objective To analyze the salivary K +, Na +, Ca2 + concentration of a certain recruits. Methods A saliva sample of 67 recruits was collected. The XD-685 analyzer was used to measure the concentrations of K +, Na + and Ca2 + in the sample according to the principle of ion selective electrode. Results The concentration of saliva K + was (15.01 ± 1.21) mmol / L, the minimum concentration was 13.10 mmol / L and the maximum concentration was 20.30 mmol / L. Saliva Na + concentration was 4.25 ± 0.84 mmol / L and the minimum concentration was 1.10 mmol / L , The maximum concentration was 5.05 mmol / L; saliva Ca2 + concentration was (0.65 ± 0.07) mmol / L, the minimum concentration was 0.39 mmol / L and the maximum concentration was 0.76 mmol / L. Conclusion The concentrations of saliva K +, Na + and Ca2 + in a certain recruits are similar to those measured in local healthy population, which may provide reference for establishing the saliva K +, Na + and Ca2 + concentrations in our army.
