我国新农村建设的实施极大地激发了农民自我管理、自我教育、自我服务的主人翁意识,但是,在实践运用中也日渐暴露出农民自治能力不足与农村建设的主力军严重流失等问题。而金融危机的爆发致使部分农民工返乡,这就使得我国高职院校具有了以培训返乡农民工为契机从而积极主动地参与新农村建设的时代机遇。高职院校参与新农村建设的基本策略在于,办学理念的拓展、专门机构的组建、双向互动式的介入、新型农民的培养及新农村建设的全面参与。
The implementation of new rural construction in our country has greatly aroused the sense of ownership of self-management, self-education and self-service of peasants. However, in practical application, the problems such as the insufficient capacity of peasant autonomy and the serious loss of the main force of rural construction have also been exposed. The outbreak of the financial crisis led some migrant workers to return home, which made our vocational colleges have the opportunity to take the opportunity to train returning migrant workers to take the initiative to participate in the new rural construction. The basic strategies for higher vocational colleges to participate in the new rural construction lie in the expansion of the concept of running a school, the establishment of specialized agencies, the two-way interactive intervention, the cultivation of new peasants and the full participation of new rural construction.
