研究了低温胁迫下肇东苜蓿幼苗SOD活性和游离脯氨酸含量的变化。结果表明:随着低温胁迫时间的延长,苜蓿幼苗SOD酶活性呈现先上升后下降的变化趋势,游离脯氨酸含量逐渐增加,表明肇东苜蓿对低温有较强的适应能力,具有较强的抗寒性。
The changes of SOD activity and free proline content of alfalfa seedlings under low temperature stress were studied. The results showed that with the extension of low temperature stress, the SOD activity of alfalfa seedlings increased first and then decreased, and the free proline content gradually increased, indicating that Zhaodong alfalfa had strong adaptability to low temperature and had strong Cold resistance.
