陈东章同志反映他们村有一台S195柴油机排气管喷机油,薄德才同志反映他的小四轮拖拉机上的S1100柴油机废气孔排机油。他们都更换了缸套、活塞、活塞环,甚至气门、气门导管、气门弹簧等零件,但是没有用。这两台柴油机的故障是同一原因——气缸的气密性不好。人们往往只注意了影响气密性的活塞、活塞环及缸套等零件,却忽视了也会造成气密性不好的下面几个原因。 1.连杆疲劳变形柴油机工作时,连杆将活塞承受的气体压力传给曲轴,又将曲轴的旋转运动传给活塞,它承受的最高压力可达(38~68)×10~3牛顿。
