为了提高海水养殖鱼类品质、规范养殖生产、减少养殖自身污染、保障鱼类食用安全和出口质量,本文作者开展了“出口海水网箱养殖鱼类的病害研究及防治对策”项目的研究。对浙江省台州海域8个养殖区域进行实地调查,及时取样,实验与分析相结合的方法,通过各县水产技术推广站每年提供的数据等获取流行病学资料,按流行病学统计方法进行资料分析和处理。结果显示,海水网箱养殖鱼类细菌性病害仍是危害养殖生产的最常见、影响最大、经济损失最严重的病害。为此,本文作者以浙江省地方标准(DB/T568-2005)“深水网箱无公害鱼类养殖技术规范”为依据,结合台州海区潮流、岛礁海湾屏障条件、海水网箱类型以及排列方式,本文作者设计了通用性的、生态性的、调控性的海水鱼类健康养殖技术模式及其操作规范,以期达到对养殖鱼类病害实行综合防控,保障海水网箱养殖鱼类的质量安全。
In order to improve the quality of mariculture fish, regulate breeding production, reduce the pollution of farming itself, and ensure the safety of fish food and export quality, the author of this paper has carried out the research on the “Disease research and control measures of fish in exported seawater cage farming” . Field investigation, timely sampling, experiment and analysis were conducted in eight aquaculture areas in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. Epidemiological data were obtained from annual data provided by aquatic product extension stations in various counties. Data were collected according to epidemiological methods Analysis and processing. The results showed that bacterial diseases caused by marine cage cultured fish were still the most common and influential diseases with the most serious economic losses. To this end, the author of this paper is based on the Zhejiang Province Local Standard (DB / T568-2005) “Technical Specification for Harmless Fish Farming in Deep-Water Cages”, combined with the trend of Taizhou Sea, barrier conditions of reefs and gulfs, Arrangement, the author of this article designed a universal, ecological, regulatory seawater aquaculture technology and its operation practices, in order to achieve a comprehensive control of fish diseases, to protect the marine cage culture of fish Quality and Safety.
