能源短缺及环境恶化是当今社会面临两大难题,节能减排已成为全世界共同关注的焦点问题,建筑能耗在社会总能耗中占有庞大的比例,我国已建建筑中有95%以上属于高能耗建筑,庞大的建筑能耗,已经成为国民经济发展的巨大负担,研究发展建筑节能技术刻不容缓。本文首先分析了国内外建筑能耗及建筑节能技术的研究现状,然后根据我国的特点,介绍了建筑围护结构节能技术的种类、特点及应用情况,并结合工程实例应用,确定最佳的节能技术方案,并达到了预期的节能效果,可供类似工程借鉴。
Energy shortage and environmental degradation are two major problems facing society today. Energy conservation and emission reduction have become the focus of common concern in the world. Building energy consumption accounts for a huge proportion of total social energy consumption. More than 95% of the buildings in our country have High-energy buildings, huge building energy consumption, has become a huge burden on the national economy, research and development of building energy-saving technology without delay. Based on the characteristics of our country, this paper introduces the types, characteristics and application of energy-saving technologies for building enveloping structures. Combined with the application of engineering examples, we determine the best energy-saving Technical solutions, and achieved the expected energy savings for similar projects for reference.
