目的:对救喉散的抑菌、抗炎与免疫作用作出科学的评价,为该药的开发提供一定的药理学依据。方法:采用体外抗菌试验法、小鼠体内抗菌试验法、大鼠蛋清性足肿胀法、小鼠碳粒廓清法等方法。结果:救喉散能显著抑制大鼠蛋清性足肿胀;对呼吸道感染的常见病原菌和条件致病菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、甲型溶血性链球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、肺炎链球菌、卡他球菌、白喉棒状杆菌、大肠埃希氏菌、绿脓假单胞菌和白色念珠菌等)有不同程度的体外抗菌作用,能明显减少金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠所致死亡率;能增强小鼠碳粒廓清功能。结论:救喉散具有抗炎、抑菌、增强免疫功能的作用,为其用于急性化脓性扁桃体炎、感冒发热、疔疮等症提供了一定的药理学实验依据。

Conclusion: Zhijuan Powder has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and immune functions. It provides a certain pharmacological experimental basis for acute suppurative tonsillitis, cold fever, acne and other diseases.
