土壤微生物量磷变异很大,受多种因素的影响。采用室内培养试验的方法(25℃,培养90 d),研究有效磷含量比较低的石灰性土壤,加入小麦、玉米、大豆和棉花秸秆四种不同作物对土壤微生物量磷及其碳磷比的影响。结果表明:在氮素充足的条件下,土壤和秸秆磷素状况对土壤微生物量碳影响比较小,但显著地影响土壤微生物量磷,随碳源物质磷素含量和土壤有效磷含量的提高,土壤微生物量磷增加,微生物量碳磷比降低。在土壤有效磷含量比较低的条件下,土壤微生物磷素营养主要受制于秸秆含磷量及其分解进程,反之,土壤微生物磷素营养受秸秆的影响则比较小。
Soil microbial biomass phosphorus variation is very much affected by many factors. Soil microbial biomass phosphorus and its ratio of carbon to phosphorus were determined by laboratory culture (25 ℃, 90 d), with four different crops of wheat, corn, soybean and cotton straw influences. The results showed that soil nitrogen and phosphorus in soil had little effect on soil microbial biomass carbon under adequate nitrogen conditions, but significantly affected soil microbial biomass phosphorus. With the increase of phosphorus content in carbon source and soil available phosphorus, Soil microbial biomass phosphorus increased, microbial biomass carbon to phosphorus ratio decreased. Under the conditions of relatively low soil available phosphorous, the phosphorus nutrition of soil microorganisms was mainly controlled by the phosphorus content of straw and its decomposition process. On the contrary, the phosphorus nutrition of soil microorganisms was less affected by straw.
