社交媒体时代下,组织传播既要注重与内部员工的良好沟通,更要打通内外部。小区楼下有一间美容美发店,生意倒还凑合,但引发笔者兴趣的是店里员工的日常行为。他们每天要开个晨会,时间早早晚晚,但基本上都会在门店外面开,评点工作、布置任务,还会偶尔喊个口号。可以看得出来,企业的用意很清晰,这既是一种日常管理行为,也透露出向外界传播的一种意图—向消费者呈现企业
In the era of social media, organizational communication should not only pay attention to the good communication with internal staff, but also break the internal and external channels.
