企业培训是企业人力资本投资的一种重要形式,其终极目的是希望受训者将所学反应到工作行为中,提高工作绩效,实现企业目标。因此,受训者能否有效地实现培训成果的转化将决定培训终极目的的实现。通过考查影响企业培训成果的主要因素及其转化的过程,构造出企业培训成果转化过程模型,以期对企业培训目标的实现有所促进。
Corporate training is an important form of investment in human capital, the ultimate goal is to hope that trainees will react to the behavior of the work, improve job performance and achieve business goals. Therefore, the trainees can effectively achieve the transformation of training outcomes will determine the ultimate goal of training to achieve. By examining the main factors that affect the results of enterprise training and the process of its transformation, this paper constructs a model of the transformation process of enterprise training outcomes, with a view to promoting the realization of corporate training objectives.
