近年来,常德市以建立覆盖城乡的社会保障体系为目标,以保障民生、维护民权为宗旨,全面启动建筑施工企业工伤保险制度,多措并举,统筹推进,撑起了建筑施工企业职业安全“保护伞”。今年1—8月,全市建筑施工企业参保项目428个,参保人数2.8万人,征缴工伤保险费2030万元。其具体做法是“五抓五促”:抓政策制定,促进参保行为规范;抓宣传发动,促进参保氛围形成;抓协调配合,促进部门整体联动;抓优质服务,促进企业应保尽保;抓待遇保障,促进职工权益落实。
