通过对参加第二届亚洲室内运动会赛前集训的中国舞狮国家集训队,上场参赛的4名运动员不同阶段训练强度下心率的测定,分析研究北狮第二套规定套路在不同阶段时心率变化的特征,为科学训练提供依据。实验测试结果显示北狮第二套规定套路整套训练当中,处于狮头位置的运动员的心率始终高于处于狮尾位置的运动员的心率;两对北狮的心率只有在开始出现不一致,之后每对北狮的心率平稳上升并达到稳定一致;运动员在适应了整个套路训练强度的情况下,心率稳定保持在186beats/min左右,不再骤然上升或下降。
