一九八三年以来,武川县林业局注重提高青年职王的业务素质,以选送职工到林业院校进修和就地培训等方式,提高职工的业务水平和工作能力。林业局青年职工占全局人数的60%多,其中多数是接班或招工上岗的,因而业务素质较差,工作效率较低。为解决这一问题,一九八三年以来,林业局两次派出五名同志到內蒙古农校、内蒙古林学院进修。去年十一月以来,他们又为在岗的十名同志举办了林业技术学习班,较系统地学习了测量、测树、森林病
Since 1983, Wuchuan County Forestry Bureau has paid attention to improving the professional qualifications of youth leaders, selecting and sending workers to forestry institutions for further studies and on-the-spot training so as to improve their professional skills and work abilities.
