文化有着传统与现代之分,也有着本地与外来之别。本文中的“文化”并非其笼统概念,而是人们思维方式与行为方式的总和,是现代管理运行的现实架构。现代管理,对中国而言,既是现代的,又是外来的。现代管理的组织目标运行在双重的文化架构上,既面临着传统带来的阻碍,又面临着本地化的阻力。笔者力图在阐明文化的交融与冲突的同时,探讨如何减轻现代管理的目标压力,优化管理的效能。
Culture has the distinction between tradition and modernity as well as local and foreign differences. The “culture” in this article is not the general concept, but the sum of people’s way of thinking and behavior, which is the actual framework of modern management. For China, modern management is both modern and foreign. Organizational goals of modern management run on a dual cultural framework, both facing the obstacles of the traditional, but also facing the resistance of localization. While clarifying the blend and conflict of cultures, the author tries to find out how to reduce the target pressure of modern management and optimize the efficiency of management.
