目的 :为了探讨航空工业系统领导干部高血压病患病率和分布状况 ,为预防工作提供科学依据。。方法 :对在 1997～ 1998年在航空工业总公司青岛疗养院举办的航空工业领导干部体检疗养班全体干部进行了健康普查 ,高血压诊断标准采用世界卫生组织的标准进行。结果 :高血压总患病率为 35 2 7% ,与全国普查 6 0岁以上人群高血压患病率接近 ,男女患病率分别为 4 2 0 3%和2 7 5 % ,男性显著高于女性。结论 :根据领导干部高血压患病现状 ,建议对这部分人群今后应加强健康监护工作
Objective: To explore the prevalence and distribution of hypertension in leading cadres in the aviation industry and provide a scientific basis for prevention. . Methods: A health survey was conducted on all the cadres in the medical examination and health care class of aviation industry leading cadres held in Qingdao Sanatorium of Aviation Industry Corporation from 1997 to 1998. The diagnostic criteria for hypertension were based on the standards of the World Health Organization. Results: The overall prevalence of hypertension was 35 2 7%, which was close to the prevalence of hypertension among the population over the age of 60 in China. The prevalence rates of male and female were 42.03% and 25.5% respectively, significantly higher than those in male female. Conclusion: According to the prevalence of hypertension among leading cadres, it is suggested that health care work should be strengthened for this part of the population in the future
