小麦高产优质栽培施肥效应初探

随着人民生活水平的不断提高,对小麦品质的要求也越来越高。决定小麦品质性状的因素有“种质”和环境条件两个方面。一般认为,通过“优质育种”来改良“种质”是根本途径,但也存在着难度大,时间长等问题。大量研究证明,通过“优质栽培”保持和提高小麦品质,也是切实可行而又快速有效的一项措施。 With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the demand for wheat quality is also getting higher and higher. The factors that determine wheat quality traits are “germplasm” and environmental conditions. It is generally believed that improving “germplasm” through “high-quality breeding” is the fundamental way, but there are also problems such as difficulty and time. A large number of studies have proved that it is feasible and effective to maintain and improve the quality of wheat through “good cultivation”.
