双碘喹啉为抗阿米巴虫药。关于其含量测定已报导的比色法、极谱法、氧瓶法和碘量法,既费时又麻烦、重复性差,结果都不能令人满意。已有的非水滴定法,用乙酸作溶媒,但测定制剂中有效成份时,赋形剂和其他附加剂往往有干扰,由于辅料消耗了一部份高氯酸,可使结果偏高,重复性也不好。作者对已有的非水滴定法进行了改进。用醋酐作溶媒,孔雀绿为指示剂,测定双碘喹啉及其制剂,结果表明,改进的方法快速、简便、准确、终点明显、重复性好。
