浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院自开院以来,实施一套集中、美两国所长的医院人事管理制度。具体内容有:在用人上实行全员聘用合同制;在职称上采用专业技术人员档案职称和院内职称双轨平行制;在分配上实行档案工资与医院岗位等级工资双轨平行制;在管理上建立严格的考勤和奖惩制度等先进制度。医院的总收入从开院的1994年的1303万元提高到2000年19282万元,取得了社会效益和经济效益的双丰收。
