镁(Mg)是脊椎动物体内第四位多的阳离子,是细胞内液中第二位多的阳离子,含量仅次于钾(K),参与体内多种生物学过程,活化机体300多种酶,在转运、贮存和利用能量中起着关键作用。自70年代发现了镁缺乏与心血管疾病之间的密切关系和合理的给药方案后,镁盐的临床应用又受到了重视。本文介绍镁的吸收、分布和排泄,供临床医生使用时参考。
Magnesium (Mg) is the fourth most active cation in vertebrates and the second most abundant cation in intracellular fluid. It is second only to potassium (K) and participates in various biological processes in the body. It activates more than 300 enzymes in the body , Plays a key role in transporting, storing and utilizing energy. Since the discovery of the close relationship between magnesium deficiency and cardiovascular diseases in the seventies and the rational dosing regimen, the clinical application of magnesium salt has received great attention.
