[目的]评估淡色库蚊对吡丙醚的抗性风险,预测抗性发展速率,为科学合理用药提供依据。[方法]采用群体汰选法获得抗性品系,采用数量遗传学的域性状分析法估算抗性现实遗传力(h2)并预测不同选择压下抗性发展速率。[结果]经过12代的室内选育,淡色库蚊对吡丙醚的抗性达到5.69倍,其对吡丙醚的h2为0.02,有一定抗性风险。[结论]淡色库蚊对吡丙醚有一定抗性风险,应科学合理用药。
[Objective] The study aimed to evaluate the resistance risk of Culex pipiens pallens with pyriproxyfen, predict the development of resistance, and provide basis for scientific and rational drug use. [Method] The resistant strains were obtained by the group selection method, the resistance genetics (h2) was estimated by quantitative trait analysis and the rate of resistance development under different selection was predicted. [Result] After 12 generations of indoor breeding, Culex pipiens pallens resistance to pyriproxen reached 5.69 times, its h2 to pyriproxyfen was 0.02, which had a certain risk of resistance. [Conclusion] Culex pipiens pallens have some resistance to piperide and should be used scientifically and reasonably.
