通过退火工艺实验,优化了T91钢的热处理工艺。结果表明,试样正火后得到板条马氏体组织,经过不同工艺热处理后,试样高温回火后组织为回火马氏体,碳化物强化作用减小,硬度降低。退火工艺为780℃保温1h后空冷,试样的硬度为23.7HRC,满足实际生产需要;改进后的退火工艺较原始退火工艺时间缩短,提高了退火炉的利用率。
Through the annealing process experiment, the heat treatment process of T91 steel is optimized. The results show that after normalizing, the lath martensite is obtained. After different heat treatment, the microstructure of the specimen is tempered martensite after tempering, and the strengthening effect of carbides decreases and the hardness decreases. The annealing process was air cooling at 780 ℃ for 1h and the hardness of the sample was 23.7HRC to meet the actual production needs. The improved annealing process shortened the original annealing process and improved the utilization rate of the annealing furnace.
