目的探讨情景模拟演练方式对急诊科护理人员火灾应急处置培训效果及火灾现场救治时效性的影响。方法将112名急诊科护理人员随机分为情景模拟组(n=56)和传统培训组(n=56)。传统组进行常规火灾相关理论、操作培训。情景模拟组在传统组的基础上采取集中、分组情景模拟演练,针对不同失火地点和火势进行紧急疏散演练。对2组安全疏散总时间、患者转运时间、火灾上报时间、寻找并关闭电源/气源总阀的时间以及护士培训后自我评价进行统计分析。结果传统培训组安全疏散总时间为(632.64±13.70)s,情景模拟组演练分工明确,协作到位,抢救过程有条不紊,安全疏散总时间为(555.21±16.72)s,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(t=47.410,P<0.01)。结论火灾情景模拟演练提高了急诊科护理人员火灾应急处置培训效果,提高了火灾现场救治时效性,保障患者的生命、财产安全。
Objective To investigate the effect of situational simulation exercises on the effectiveness of fire emergency training and the timeliness of fire treatment in emergency department nurses. Methods One hundred and twelve emergency department nursing staffs were randomly divided into two groups: situational simulation group (n = 56) and traditional training group (n = 56). Conventional group conventional fire related theory, operation training. Based on the traditional group, the scenario simulation team adopted a centralized and group scenario simulation exercise to conduct emergency evacuation drills for different fire spots and fires. The total safety evacuation time, patient transit time, fire reporting time, the time to find and close the main power / air source valve, and the self-evaluation after nurse training were statistically analyzed. Results The total evacuation time of the traditional training group was (632.64 ± 13.70) s. The situation simulation group had a clear division of labor and coordination, and the salvage process was in an orderly manner. The total evacuation time was (555.21 ± 16.72) s, with significant difference between groups (t = 47.410, P <0.01). Conclusion The simulation of fire scenarios improves the effectiveness of fire emergency training for emergency department nurses and improves the timeliness of treatment on fire and protects the lives and property of patients.
