两个郁金香品种在开花后随着可溶性蛋白质含量下降，细胞内超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）、过氧化氢酶（ＣＡＴ）和过氧化物酶（ＰＯＤ）３种保护酶活性也随之下降，同时发生过氧化产物丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）的迅速累积；并且３种保护酶活性下降与ＭＤＡ含量的增加呈明显负相关。两品种之间变化趋势基本相同。
With the decrease of soluble protein content, the activities of three protective enzymes such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD) in the two tulip cultivars decreased after flowering, At the same time, there was a rapid accumulation of peroxidation product malondialdehyde (MDA); and the decrease of three protective enzymes activity was negatively correlated with the increase of MDA content. The trend of change between the two varieties is basically the same.
