试验研究是在本系列试验(一)、(二)的基础上,采用石油井场泥浆作介质进行试验研究,以寻求高铬铸铁与丁腈橡胶对磨时的最佳工艺参数。试验是在MLD—10型动载磨料磨损试验机上进行的,对不同表面硬度和光洁度的高铬铸铁试环和不同硬度的丁腈橡胶试块,共进行了六个项目多组的试验,取得了1000多个数据,得出了高铬铸铁与丁腈橡胶对磨时高铬铸铁的表面硬度和光洁度及丁腈橡胶硬度的具体匹配值。同时得出了高铬铸铁表面硬度、光洁度,丁腈橡胶硬度,介质等诸因素对高铬铸铁、丁腈橡胶耐磨性影响的大小。进而提出了泥浆泵缸套活塞的有关工艺参数和使用中值得注意的问题。
Based on the series of tests (1) and (2), the experimental study is conducted on the basis of the test of the slurry in the oil well field to find out the best process parameters for the grinding of high chromium cast iron and nitrile rubber. The test was carried out on the MLD-10 dynamic abrasive abrasion testing machine.
