应用正交试验法设计压敏胶配方,通过种子乳液聚合法,得到反应性乳化剂(HS-10)参与反应的醋丙共聚物乳液压敏胶。使用红外光谱、动态粘弹谱表征了反应性乳化剂反应情况及对应的动态力学性能,并结合压敏胶的初粘性和剥离强度数据进行分析。实验结果表明,反应性乳化剂参与了醋丙乳液共聚,压敏胶初粘性与损耗模量(G″)有很好的对应关系,剥离强度随储能模量(G′)增大而减小。
The pressure-sensitive adhesive formulation was designed by orthogonal test, and the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive copolymer emulsion pressure-sensitive adhesive with reactive emulsifier (HS-10) was obtained by seed emulsion polymerization. The reaction conditions and the corresponding dynamic mechanical properties of the reactive emulsifiers were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and dynamic viscoelastic spectroscopy. The initial viscosities and the peel strength data of the pressure-sensitive adhesives were analyzed. The experimental results show that the reactive emulsifier is involved in the copolymerization of acrylic acid and acrylic emulsion, the tackiness of pressure-sensitive adhesive has a good correspondence with the loss modulus (G "), and the peel strength decreases with the increase of storage modulus (G ’) small.
