金翅岭金矿1988年新建日处理40吨的氰化厂,采用的是一段磨矿、二段浸出、二次洗涤、锌粉置换、贫液全部返回的流程。由于原流程存在一定问题,日处理能力只有30吨,氰化回收率也达不到设计指标97％,影响了企业的经济效益。因此,氰化厂工艺流程的改造成为我们企业的当务之急。通过近两年的努力,问题基本得到解决,下面把氰化流程的改造做一简介。
Jin-Ridge gold mine in 1988 to deal with the new 40-day cyanidation plant, using a section of grinding, Sec leaching, secondary washing, zinc powder replacement, lean liquid return all the processes. As the original process has some problems, the daily processing capacity of only 30 tons, cyanidation recovery rate of less than 97% of design indicators, affecting the economic efficiency of enterprises. Therefore, the transformation of the cyanide plant process has become our business priorities. After nearly two years of hard work, the problem has basically been solved. The following is a brief introduction of the reform of the cyanidation process.
