目的:探讨经皮肱动脉穿刺行冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)的可行性及安全性。方法:40例经桡动脉穿刺失败患者改行经肱动脉穿刺行介入治疗(TBI)。随机选择同期经桡动脉介入治疗(TRI)病例40例作为对照组。经TBI的器材选择及操作手法基本同TRI。结果:40例TBI疗全部成功,两组手术时间,造影剂用量,置入支架数,血管及全身并发症及近期术后疗效均无统计学差异。结论:经肱动脉冠状动脉介入治疗安全可行,临床可推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility and safety of percutaneous brachial artery puncture for coronary intervention (PCI). Methods: Forty patients who underwent failed radial artery puncture were treated with interventional therapy (TBI) via brachial artery puncture. Randomly selected during the same period by radial artery intervention (TRI) cases 40 cases as a control group. After TBI equipment selection and operation of basic TRI. Results: All the 40 cases of TBI were successful. There was no significant difference in the operation time, the amount of contrast medium, the number of stent implantation, the vascular and systemic complications and the short-term postoperative efficacy. Conclusion: The brachial artery coronary intervention is safe and feasible.
