7月15日,菏泽地区以行署文件形式,下发了《关于进一步强化社会保险基金征缴工作的通知》。通知规定:一、全区各机关、事业单位人员,城镇各类企业职工及个体劳动者,都必须依法参加社会保险,并按规定及时、足额缴纳社会保险费。二、各级社保机构要认真履行职责,综合运用行政、经济和法律手段,切实强化基金收缴和管理。凡能发放职工最低工资而不缴纳社会保险费的企业,劳动部门所属社保机构要及时下发《催缴通知书》,限期缴纳,逾期不缴的,除责令其补缴外,并按日加收5‰滞纳金;拒不参加社会保险或超过《催缴通知书》
