患者26岁,农民,住院号239263。2胎妊娠39周,1986年6月19日入院。四年前曾妊娠8个月,在家自然分娩一男婴,重约3kg,产后出血不多。此次妊娠6个月时来院检查,见宫口圆裂未产型,而后穹隆有一弧形破口与宫腔相通,粘膜外翻。过去无早产、引产及流产史。严密监护下继续妊娠,至孕39周时入院。阴道检查:宫颈消失,宫口未开呈圆形,后穹隆见一横裂口约3.0cm。当日行子宫下段纵切口剖宫
