我们收治新生儿红细胞增多症30例,现报告分析如下。 1.资料分析:男20例,女10例;足月儿15例,小于胎龄儿5例,巨大儿5例,过期产儿5例;母孕毒症5例,双胎5例。出生后1天内发病10例,2天内15例,6天内5例。多数出生后1～2天内出现症状,主要表现为贫血貌30例(100％)、青紫20例(66.7％〕、黄疸20例(66.7％)、气促15例(50％)、惊厥5例(16.7％)。静脉血红细胞压积为66％～79％,血红蛋白220～270g/L,红细胞>7×10~(12)/L。 We admitted 30 cases of neonatal polycythemia, the report is analyzed as follows. 1. Most of the symptoms occurred within 1 ~ 2 days after birth. The main symptoms were anemia (30%), bruising purple (66.7%), jaundice in 20 cases (66.7%), shortness of breath in 15 cases (50%) and convulsion in 5 cases (16.7%), venous hematocrit was 66% -79%, hemoglobin 220-270g / L, erythrocyte> 7 × 10-12 / L.
