一、前言为了适应我国推广高水基液压传动技术的需要,华中理工大学和武汉液压气动工业公司协作研制出工作压力为14MPa的高水基液压缸。经过实验室性能测试,寿命试验和一年多现场工业试验考核,证明新研制的高水基液压缸性能稳定,工作可靠,使用寿命长。这是国家“七五”科技攻关课题“高水基液压元件及系统研究”的一项子课题,于1990年11月通过了由机电部机械基础产品司主持的专家鉴定,并被机电部挑选参加国家“七五”科技攻关成果展览会。本文将对该项研究成果作一简要介绍。
I. Preface In order to meet the need of popularizing high water-based hydraulic transmission technology in our country, Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Wuhan Hydraulic Pneumatics Co., Ltd. collaborated to develop a high-water-based hydraulic cylinder with working pressure of 14MPa. After laboratory performance testing, life testing and more than a year on-site industrial test assessment to prove that newly developed high-water-based hydraulic cylinder performance and reliable, reliable, long service life.
