一、为了加强农业社财务会计辅导工作,决定从一九五六年三月十六日起,全省再增加专职会计辅导员二二六名(各专、市的控制数字列附表--略),连同原有的专职会计辅导员将达到七三六名。根据紧缩上层,充实下层,加强基层组织的会计辅导工作原则,确定各专农林局专职会计辅导人员编制,应在现有基础上适当缩小,最多不得超过四人(超编制人员由专调剂到县)。各县需要增设多少,由专署根据控制数字结合实际情况具体分配。其分配情况希于一九五六年一月五日前报省农业厅备案。二、各专、市、县专职会计辅导人员必须与农业技术推广站编在一起,由农业技术推广站统一领导进行工作,不必另行增设机构。三、各专、市、县新增之专职会计辅导人员,由当地统一抽调配备,一律于一九五六年三月十五
