自主学习又称自我调节学习,是学习者自觉确定学习目标,选择学习方法、监控学习过程、评价学习结果的过程。自主学习强调形成学生积极主动的学习态度,关注学生的学习兴趣,倡导学生主动参与,注重培养学生的独立性和主动性。教师必须确立学生在学习中的主体地位,从重教转向重学,使学生学会自主学习。
Autonomous learning, also known as self-regulating learning, is a process in which learners consciously determine learning objectives, select learning methods, monitor learning processes, and evaluate learning outcomes. Autonomous learning emphasizes the formation of students’ proactive and active learning attitude, pays attention to students’ interest in learning, advocates students’ active participation, and focuses on cultivating students’ independence and initiative. The teacher must establish the student’s dominant position in learning, shift from emphasis to emphasis on learning, and enable students to learn to learn independently.
