本研究从退役运动员的保障工作的具体落实为出发点,本着以人为本,以退役运动员的切身利益为本的基本理念,在前期丰富的开展退役运动员职业辅导工作经验的基础上,通过进一步的归纳整理、提炼升华,尝试性地提出退役运动员的职业能力评估和发展模式,将退役运动员的职业技能测评、职业技能培训、职业资格认证,就业创业孵化工作相结合,为各省的退役运动员职业指导工作提供理论借鉴,促进我国竞技体育的协调、可持续发展。
Based on the concrete implementation of retired athletes’ safeguards work and based on the principle of putting people first and relying on the vital interests of retired athletes, this study enriched the experience of career counseling of retired athletes in the early stage and further summarized them , Refining and sublimation, tentatively put forward retired athletes occupational ability assessment and development model, retired athletes occupational skills evaluation, vocational skills training, vocational qualification certification, employment business incubation work combined for the province of retired athletes vocational guidance work Learning from theory to promote the coordinated and sustainable development of competitive sports in China.
