目的研究华北耧斗菜(Aquilegia yabeana Kitag)中的化学成分。方法利用Diaion HP-20、Toyopearl HW-40、硅胶柱等柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离并鉴定了13化合物的结构,分别为:3,4-二羟基苯乙酸(Ⅰ),羟基酪醇(Ⅱ),邻苯二酚(Ⅲ),对羟基苯乙醇(Ⅳ),3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯乙醇(Ⅴ),原儿茶酸(Ⅵ),没食子酸(Ⅶ),5,7,4′-三羟基-8-C-β-D-葡萄糖黄酮碳苷(Ⅷ),5,4′-二羟基-6,7-二甲氧基-8-C-β-D-葡萄糖黄酮碳苷(Ⅸ),5,7,4′-三羟基-6-甲氧基-8-C-β-D-葡萄糖黄酮碳苷(Ⅹ),5,7,8,4′-四羟基-6-C-β-D-葡萄糖黄酮碳苷(Ⅺ),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-木糖-(1→2)-β-D-半乳糖苷(Ⅻ),芦丁(ⅩⅢ)。结论以上13个化合物均为首次从本植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents in Aquilegia yabeana Kitag. Methods Diaion HP-20, Toyopearl HW-40 and silica gel column were used for separation and purification. The structures of the compounds were identified by the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds. Results The structures of 13 compounds were isolated and identified as 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (Ⅰ), hydroxytyrosol (Ⅱ), catechol (Ⅲ), p-hydroxyphenethyl alcohol (Ⅴ), protocatechuic acid (Ⅵ), gallic acid (Ⅶ), 5,7,4’-trihydroxy-8-C-β-D-gluconoside VIII), 5,4’-dihydroxy-6,7-dimethoxy-8-C-β-D-glucosidone glycoside (IX), 5,7,4’-trihydroxy-6-methoxy (X), 5,7,8,4’-tetrahydroxy-6-C-β-D-glucosidone glycoside (XI), quercetin- 3-O-β-D-Xylose- (1 → 2) -β-D-galactoside (XII), Rutin (XIII). Conclusion The above 13 compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
