以Internet为主导的信息网络在过去几年中取得了突飞猛进的发展。从长远来看，它需要控制网络的接入，而控制网络本身也需要与信息网络互联以充分显示网络化的优势。本文在分析了实现两种网络互联必要性的基础上，总结信息网络中的经验，阐述了对发展控制网络和解决互联有益的几种技术途径。
The Internet-led information network has achieved rapid growth over the past few years. In the long run, it needs to control network access, and the control network itself also needs to be interconnected with the information network to fully demonstrate the benefits of networking. Based on the analysis of the necessity of realizing the two kinds of network interconnection, this article sums up the experience in the information network and expounds several technical ways to develop the control network and solve the interconnection problem.
