目的分析老年人抗利尿激素分泌异常综合征(SIADH)的临床特点,提高诊治水平。方法回顾性分析20例老年(>65岁)抗利尿激素分泌异常综合征患者的病因、发病机制、临床表现、实验室检查和诊治情况。结果 20例患者均因不同的脑部疾病住院,在原有疾病的基础上出现嗜睡、呕吐、肢体抽搐等;实验室检查:20例患者血钠<130 mmol/L,尿钠>40 mmol/L,均诊断为SIADH,经过限水、利尿治疗,病情有所好转。结论正确认识SIADH的临床表现及实验室特点,早期祛除病因,治疗得当转归良好。
Objective To analyze the clinical features of elderly patients with antidiuretic hormone secretion syndrome (SIADH) and to improve the diagnosis and treatment. Methods The etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and diagnosis and treatment of 20 elderly patients (> 65 years old) with antidiuretic hormone syndrome were retrospectively analyzed. Results Twenty patients were all hospitalized due to different brain diseases. Somnolence, vomiting and limb twitching occurred on the basis of the original disease. Laboratory tests showed that 20 patients had serum sodium <130 mmol / L and natriuretic peptide> 40 mmol / L , Were diagnosed as SIADH, after water, diuretic treatment, the condition has improved. Conclusion Correct understanding of the clinical manifestations of SIADH and laboratory characteristics, early eradicate the cause, properly treated well go.
