以 2个秋萝卜、1个春夏萝卜雄性不育系及其保持系为试材 ,研究了在不同发育时期萝卜叶片和花蕾中的淀粉、可溶性糖及游离脯氨酸含量的变化。结果表明 :在苗期和花期叶片中 ,不育系中各物质的含量均高于保持系 ;而不育花蕾中各物质含量均低于可育花蕾。认为小孢子发育过程中物质亏缺是导致其败育的重要原因 ,而营养器官中各物质向生殖器官运输受阻可能是导致不育花蕾中物质含量下降的原因之一。
The changes of starch, soluble sugar and free proline contents in radish leaves and flower buds at different developmental stages were studied with two autumn radish, one spring and summer radish male sterile line and their maintainer lines. The results showed that the content of each substance in sterile lines was higher than that in maintainer lines at the seedling stage and the flowering stage, while the contents of all the substances in sterile flower buds were lower than that of fertile flower buds. It is considered that the material deficiency in the process of microspore development is an important reason leading to its abortion, and the obstruction of transport of various substances to the reproductive organs in vegetative organs may be one of the reasons for the decrease of the substance content in the sterile flower buds.
