目前,苏里格气田已进入快速发展的新时期,经勘探开发评价,该气田属低渗、低压、低丰度的“三低”岩性气藏,有效开发难度大。根据苏里格气田集输工艺的特点,结合苏54区块采气管网布局现状和地理位置的局限性,将已建采气管网与苏里格气田较成熟的采气管网模式进行对比分析,制定了适应苏里格气田集中增压的“枝上枝”阀组布站工艺技术方案。与传统分散增压集气站技术、集中增压集气站技术相比,该技术方案缩短了采气管道长度,降低了征地和占压公路的费用,加快了区块开发建产的速度,实现了苏里格气田低成本滚动开发的目标,可为类似“三低”气田的开发和建设提供参考。
At present, the Sulige gas field has entered a new period of rapid development. After exploration and development evaluation, the gas field is of low permeability, low pressure and low abundance of “three low” lithologic gas reservoirs, and the effective development is difficult. According to the characteristics of the Sulige gas field gathering and transportation process and the limitations of the current location and geographical location of the gas pipe network in Su 54 block, the comparatively analysis is made between the gas pipe network which has been built and that of the Sulige gas field. Developed to adapt to Sulige gas field concentrated supercharged “branch stick ” valve assembly station technology program. Compared with the traditional distributed pressurized gas station technology and centralized pressurized gas station technology, the technical solution shortens the length of the gas production pipeline, reduces the cost of land acquisition and road occupation, accelerates the speed of block development and production, The objective of low cost rolling development of the Sulige gas field is realized, which can provide reference for the development and construction of similar “three low” gas fields.
