事故应急处理预案是指为减少事故后果而制定的抢险救灾方案是进行事故救援的行动指南。它的主要目的有两个:一是使任何可能引起的紧急情况不扩大并尽可能地排除它们;二是减少事故造成的人员伤亡和财产损失以及对环境产生的不利影响。一般地说企业制定的事故应急预案主要包括三大内容:第一企业重大危险源的辨识和分析;第二应急处理预案的编制第三应急处理预案的演习。笔者是从事化工安全工作的现就化工企业事故应急预案的编制谈几点看法—— Accident emergency plan is defined as to reduce the consequences of the accident disaster relief plan is to carry out accident rescue action guide.
