21世纪是知识经济时代,知识经济时代产业结构的变化影响了办公方式的变化,同时也引发办公空间设计的变革。应对新时期劳动的范围和特点,关注人,关注人的创造力成为办公空间设计的内在必然要求。本文通过分析知识经济时代企业特征,指出办公方式出现的新变化,企业文化的新内涵。在办公空间设计上,从空间规划、室内照明、使用材料、室内色彩、办公家具等方面进行探讨,总结归纳出知识经济时代办公空间实现人性化设计的内容和方法。
The 21st century is the era of knowledge-based economy. The changes in the industrial structure in the era of knowledge-based economy have affected the changes in the mode of office work as well as triggered changes in the design of office space. Responding to the scope and features of labor in the new era, paying attention to people and paying attention to people’s creativity have become the inevitable requirements for the design of office space. By analyzing the characteristics of enterprises in the era of knowledge economy, this article points out the new changes in office methods and the new connotation of corporate culture. In the design of office space, this paper discusses the space planning, interior lighting, the use of materials, interior color, office furniture and other aspects, summarizes the contents and methods of humanized design of office space in the era of knowledge economy.
