目的:研究西南山茶种子的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据波谱学数据和理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果:从西南山茶种子95%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别为山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖基-(6→1)-α-L-鼠李糖基-(3→1)-α-L-鼠李糖苷(1)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖基-(6→1)-4’’’-O-乙酰基-α-L-鼠李糖基-(3→1)-α-L-鼠李糖苷(2)、半乳糖醇(3)、蔗糖(4)、胡萝卜苷(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)、羽扇豆醇(7)。结论:化合物1~7均首次从西南山茶种子中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Camellia sinensis seeds in Southwest China. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data and physical and chemical properties. Results: Seven compounds were isolated and identified from 95% ethanol extract from Camellia seeds of Camellia sect of Southwestern China. They were kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucosyl- (6 → 1) - (3 → 1) -α-L-rhamnoside (1), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucosyl- (3 → 1) -α-L-rhamnoside (2), galactitol (3), sucrose (4), daucosterol (5), β-sitosterol , Lupine alcohol (7). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 7 were isolated from Camellia sinensis seeds for the first time.
