了解美国现有医学科研管理的优势具有重要的意义。文章从美国医学科研体系的用人机制、知识产权意识、基础与临床的紧密关联、实验室的管理和科研经费的来源五个方面谈了美国医学科研管理的做法,提出相关建议,以期对我国医学科研管理人员有所启迪。
Understanding the advantages of the existing medical research management in the United States is of great significance. The article talked about the practice of medical research management in the United States from five aspects: the employment mechanism of the American medical research system, the awareness of intellectual property rights, the close relationship between basic and clinical research, the management of the laboratory and the sources of research funding, and put forward some suggestions to improve the medical science in our country Research management has some inspiration.
