对38CrMoAl钢等离子作源氮离子注入层的氮浓度俄歇剖面分布、显微硬度和摩擦性能进行了研究。结果表明,注入层的显微硬度和摩擦性能得到明显改善。
The nitrogen concentration Auger profile distribution, microhardness and tribological properties of 38CrMoAl steel plasma as source nitrogen ion implanted layer were studied. The results show that the micro-hardness and friction properties of the implanted layer are obviously improved.
