目的探讨上颌中切牙缺失后无明显垂直骨高度缺失的患者,在种植同期行GBR术后短期内骨量的变化研究。方法23例上颌中切牙缺失的患者,完成Osstem种植体31颗植入,在缺损区植入Bio-Oss人工骨粉,覆盖Bio-Gide可吸收生物膜,植入6-9个月,行牙龈诱导后完成上部结构修复,术后随访6-12个月。结果 23例患者共29颗种植体稳固无松动,患者无明显不适感,短期种植成功率93.5%;美学效果恢复良好。结论上颌中切牙缺失且牙槽嵴唇腭侧宽度不足时,可采用引导骨再生技术来恢复牙槽嵴的丰满度,保证种植成功率,满足患者的美学要求。
Objective To investigate the changes of bone mass in short-term after GBR surgery in patients undergoing maxillary central incisor missing without obvious vertical bone height loss. Methods Twenty-three patients with maxillary central incisor missing were enrolled in this study. 31 implants of Osstem implant were implanted with Bio-Oss artificial bone powder in the defect area, covered with Bio-Gide absorbable biofilm and implanted with 6-9 months old gingiva After the completion of the induction of superior structural repair, postoperative follow-up 6-12 months. Results A total of 29 implants in 23 patients were stable without loosening, the patients had no obvious discomfort and the success rate of short-term planting was 93.5%. The esthetic effect recovered well. Conclusion When the maxillary central incisor is missing and the width of the palatal alveolar ridge is not enough, guided bone regeneration can be used to restore the fullness of the alveolar ridge and ensure the success rate of implantation and meet the aesthetic requirements of patients.
