以藏羌彝民族学生为研究对象,从学生存在的差异化情况入手,注重循序渐进、因材施教,积极保护少数民族学生的潜质与特色,确保对藏羌彝民族学生的培训教育取得良好的效果。分析并指出学生内在文化背景差异及外在社会发展差异,剖析这种差异对培训教育带来的影响,提出开展差别化教学的理念与具体办法。在差别化教学中要注重声乐教育的过程性、适应性安排,确保少数民族学生能顺利度过差异化带来的不适应期,并创造性地指出要通过教学实践锻炼使差异转化为特质,使民族艺术得到弘扬发展。
Taking the Tibetan and Qiang Yi nationality students as the research object, starting from the differentiation of students, paying attention to gradual and orderly, students from different ethnic groups should actively protect the potentialities and characteristics of minority students so as to ensure good effect on the training and education of ethnic Tibetan and Qiang Yi nationality students.
