【Objective】 To reveal the influence of fluoride and arsenic on the health of offspring when they coexist. 【Method】 Two generations of reproductive experiment were used to measure the accumulation of fluoride and arsenic in the brain of offspring of Wistar rats exposed to fluoride-arsenic and lipid peroxidation. 【Result】 With the increase of exposure dose, the levels of fluoride and arsenite in brain increased significantly, while the activities of SOD and GSH-Px decreased, while the content of LPO increased gradually. There were significant differences between the different dose groups (P <0 0 1), and obvious pathological changes were observed. After 8 weeks of exposure to fludrsenic and arsenic, the level of fluoride and arsenite in the brain decreased significantly, and the activity of the enzyme recovered, while the content of LPO decreased significantly. 【Conclusion】 Flursenic and fluoride can cause oxidative damage in the offspring of rats
