本文以北京房山区的50户农宅为研究对象,对农宅冬、夏季的室内热环境,包括室内空气品质进行了调查分析,了解和掌握了农宅室内环境的变化特性,并分析了农宅采暖方式对室内环境的影响。调查结果表明,农宅的采暖能耗量较大,但其所产生的采暖效果却并不明显,测试期平均室外空气温度为3.7℃,同期采暖房间的平均空气温度只有11.5℃,并且不清洁燃料在室内的直接燃烧导致了恶劣的室内空气品质,室内的CO浓度最高达到了52.6mg/m3。夏季室内热环境也不如想象中凉爽怡人,白天的室内空气温度最高甚至接近40℃。
In this paper, 50 farm houses in Fangshan District of Beijing were selected as the research object. The indoor thermal environment in winter and summer in the farm house, including the indoor air quality, were surveyed and analyzed to understand and grasp the changing characteristics of farmhouse indoor environment. Influence of House Heating Method on Indoor Environment. The survey results show that the heating energy consumption of farmhouses is larger, but the heating effect is not obvious. The average outdoor air temperature is 3.7 ℃ in the test period, and the average air temperature in the heating room is only 11.5 ℃ in the same period and is not clean The direct combustion of fuel in the room resulted in poor indoor air quality, with indoor CO concentrations reaching a maximum of 52.6 mg / m3.
