目的 研究次声对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响及抗自由基药物的防护作用。方法 学习能力相近的BALB/C小鼠40只,随机分为4组,除对照组外,余组分别为单纯次声作用组、尼莫地平防护组和脑醒灵防护组,此三组均接受90 dB、8 Hz次声的照射,每日3 h,2周后比较各组间学习记忆成绩。结果 次声组学习记忆能力较对照组显著降低,脑醒灵组显著减轻了这种能力障碍。结论 次声作用可引起学习记忆能力下降,采用抗自由基药物预防次声损害有一定效果。
Objective To study the effect of infrasound on learning and memory of mice and the protective effect of anti-free radical drugs. Methods 40 BALB / C mice with similar learning ability were randomly divided into 4 groups. Except for the control group, the remaining groups were treated with infrasound alone, nimodipine protective group and Naoxingling protective group, respectively Subjects were exposed to infrasound of 90 dB and 8 Hz for 3 h everyday. The learning and memory scores were compared between groups after 2 weeks. Results The infrasound group learning and memory ability was significantly lower than the control group, Naoxingling group significantly reduced this ability disorder. Conclusion Infrasound can cause decreased ability of learning and memory, anti-free radical drugs to prevent infrasound have some effect.
