This article describes the rise and development of marine high technology and the case study on the impact of marine mining on the ecological environment. According to current developments, deep-sea oil and mining technologies are still the major directions for high-tech marine. Marine biotechnology is also one of the most promising high-tech fields. The case analysis of oil spill caused by oil spill on the reef pointed out that the impact of marine high technology on marine ecological environment is as follows: 1.
